Any orders postmarked after January 15th,
2009 will be charged the new fee of $30.00 per
newscast/copy.

We have developed this web site to make it faster and
easier for our customers to get their orders placed and get
their questions answered.

WHAT DO WE DO?
We record, archive and make available to you newscasts
from the Illinois/Iowa Quad Cities Television Stations.

DO WE HAVE A STORE?
No, we only handle orders by mail.

WHAT'S THE COST?
The cost is $30.00 per newscast.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
From the time we receive your order and payment, it takes
about 15 business days to receive your tape in the mail.
Any missing or wrong information on your order form may
cause a delay in processing, so please read the order form
carefully and fill it out completely.

CAN I GET IT FASTER?
Yes. We do offer a next day pick-up, however, for this
service, we require $60.00 per newscast and payment is
required in cash or money order only. Please contact us for
details.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO WE ACCEPT?
We accept personal checks, business checks, cashiers
checks or money orders. We do not currently accept any
credit cards, paypal or any other Internet payment service.

WHAT MEDIA FORMAT WILL MY COPY BE ON?
We offer you the choice of VHS or DVD. Please make sure
you indicate which you prefer on your order form. Please
keep in mind that some older DVD players will not play
"burned" DVD's
